Our industry leading ISO certified processes include an Approved Vendor Program, RoHS certifications, multi-point inspection and testing processes, external inspection resources, and ongoing employee training.

Inspection and Testing

Inspection, testing, and general counterfeit avoidance are critical to quality products and continued world class service to our customers. At CCI, we utilize a multi-step ISO based program to ensure that all shipments from our warehouses undergo the most stringent process available. Our trained technicians utilize the following general format with all orders shipped from CCI.

All inspection and testing at CCI is documented in our product evaluation program and saved in our databases. This includes images, test reports, and corresponding notes. Product irregularities are analized for root cause by the Warehouse and Management personnel during monthly meetings.
