Best Practices Leads to Customer Loyalty
For twenty years CCI has been examining, reexamining and improving its practices and policies regarding the quality of its products and services. The Industry has demanded that independent component distributors adopt the same level of quality competencies as its franchised competition. While many independent distributors boast of their certifications and capabilities only a handful have actually invested in the personnel and technologies needed to fulfill today’s demands of the manufacturing industry.
Thankfully OEM’s, large and small are now qualifying their vendors and trimming their AVL’s through a process of conducting on-site inspections and audits to verify actual and in place distributor capabilities. In the past six months more than six large international OEM’s have inspected our warehouses and conducted on-site audits of our quality control policies and procedures. These visits have not only resulted in a better understanding of our individual customer requirements but have enhanced our customer’s knowledge of our capabilities. Each inspection and audit resulted in an approval of our facilities and policies and a position on their AVL. An affirmation that the investments we have made have improved our capabilities and standing within this dynamic industry. Our highest compliment is the loyalty of our customers.
